Ray Hadiyan, President since 2009, has more than 32 years of experience in the HVAC Service, building automation, and mechanical contracting industry. A graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology, Ray earned his Bachelor of Science and MSME in mechanical engineering.

John Chen
VP OF OPERATION/SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
John Chen, VP of Operations since 2003. John has more than 25 years of experience in HVAC manufacturing, HVAC service, and HVAC construction. He manages and oversees more than 80% of our construction projects while providing guidance and knowledge to our project management team.
George Creegan
General Manager
George Creegan, General Manager, has more than 36 years of experience in Mechanical Contracting, and project management, specializing in HVAC Auto Cad and 3D drawings (for ductwork and piping), sheet metal duct fabrication, and installation ranging from industrial to commercial, health care, and Pharma. George has been fortunate to serve on the Board of Directors for SMACNA of Northern NJ from 2016-2020. He has an abundance of management skills that has helped him to manage and oversee our Drafting Department, and our Project Management Team. George provides leadership and guidance, both with financial reporting/forecasting and the execution processes on all projects. George has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Atul Gupta
Vice President of A&B
Atul Gupta has 37 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry and has worked with Unitemp for the last 26 years. He began his career with the company as a Project Manager and worked his way through various positions in, estimating, project management, and purchasing before becoming Vice President. He has a Masters's in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College, New York, As a Vice President of Estimating, Atul oversees and manages the HVAC Estimating department and negotiates the company’s HVAC contracts.
Christopher Contino
PROJECT MANAGER
Chris has over 10+ years of mechanical and controls contracting experience. Over the span of Chris's career, he has gained valuable experience in financial forecasting, project management, estimating, sales, engineering, purchasing, and information technology. Chris began his career managing small projects of less than $1m but has since expanded his role into managing the controls division at Unitemp Mechanical Degrees, LLC. Chris received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Kelly Chubrick
Construction Administrator/ Accounts Payable Manager
Kelly Chubrick, Construction Administrator/ Accounts Payable Manager has over 20 years’ experience in the administrator field. She works closely with customers throughout the construction project to finalize contracts, obtain COIs and bonds, order equipment, process submittals, and RFIs, and change orders along with processing the monthly billings and answering any questions that come up throughout the project. She also manages the accounts payable department by processing and paying all invoices for the company.
Linda Miller
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/COORDINATOR
Linda is Administrator/Coordinator with over 16 years in development, implementation, and supervision at Unitemp and MDI. Linda oversees accounting processes, maintains our IT system, and overall directs and supports all personnel in our company with day-to-day operations.

Vincent Sloat, HVAC Service Operations Manager and Maureen Ettinger, HVAC Service Operations Administration both team together to provide quality service to our customers. Our Service Team oversees the department and staff with daily tasks and duties to provide our service technicians with the highest level of information to insure the work required or requested is performed and completed to our client’s utmost satisfaction

Maureen Ettinger
HVAC SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER
Maureen Ettinger has been with Unitemp since 2006 as the assistant service manager. On a daily basis she supports our field technicians and our service manager. She generates all service department billing, oversees our maintenance contracts for private and public clients, generates service quotations and follows up on open proposals with our clients.
